Pork Ribs Seaweed Soup

Various materials are available for use.

Fenpi is soaked in soft, processed fresh kelp.

The ribs are blanched.

Put peanut oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, pepper and saute, add the ribs and stir fry.

Add some light soy sauce, add warm water, boil and simmer for 30 minutes. (Actually, I entered the casserole, and the casserole burst.)

Add kelp and noodles, stew the noodles until soft, add salt, and season with chicken essence.
Tips:
1. Be cautious when using a casserole, and be sure to put cold water into the casserole. This time I used the casserole with hot water, but the casserole exploded. In the end, only the stainless steel soup pot was used.
2. Fresh kelp can be put together with the vermicelli. If the dried kelp is soaked, it needs to be stewed with the ribs, because the dry product will be hard and difficult to digest if the drying time is short.
