A soup suitable for all ages. It is suitable for spring, summer, autumn and winter. It is not greasy and nutritious. It is suitable for girls who lose weight, but also suitable for health-preserving elderly people. It is more suitable for people who are recovering after surgery. Let's make it together~

Pork Ribs Seaweed Soup

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Prepare the seasoning

3. Put the ribs in cooking wine and shredded ginger, marinate for 10-15 minutes

4. Boil water

5. After the water is boiled, blanch the ribs, remove the ribs after they change color

6. Rinse the blanched ribs with cold water

7. Re-boil water

8. Put in the blanched ribs (because I also made sweet and sour ribs, so I only put a small amount of ribs in the soup, you can decide according to your own situation, and the photo of "sweet and sour ribs" is attached at the end.

9. Put in the prepared seasoning

10. Add shiitake mushrooms and kelp knot

11. Put in the shallots, boil for about 10 minutes on high heat, and remove the star anise and bay leaves. They are used to remove the fishy smell of the ribs. If they are cooked, they will destroy the umami taste of the soup.

12. Boil for about 20 minutes, add carrots and salt, turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes, drip a few drops of sesame oil when out of the pan

Tips:

PS: The kelp I bought is a whole piece, cut it and knotted it by yourself. You can buy kelp knots directly. Shiitake mushrooms are dried and need to be soaked in advance. Because kelp and shiitake mushrooms have a salty taste, you must put less salt to avoid too salty soup.
