Pork Ribs Soup with Mixed Vegetables

1. Small ribs

2. Braised short ribs, asparagus, corn, white jade mushrooms, carrots, (and broccoli forgot to take a photo)

3. Wash the broccoli and break the florets, cut the carrot into pieces with a hob, and cut the corn into two-centimeter-thick sections.

4. Wash the asparagus, remove the old roots, and cut into sections for later use.

5. Wash the white jade mushrooms and pick the old roots for later use.

6. Blanch the small row of water, put it in a boiling pot, add two pieces of ginger, boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat (always keep the water surface slightly boiling)

7. Simmer on low heat for about an hour and a half, skim off the slick oil, add the corn cut into sections and simmer.

8. Add the corn and cook for 20 minutes, then add carrots, asparagus, broccoli, and white mushrooms, and bring to a boil over high heat.

9. After boiling again, add salt and pepper according to your taste. (If you like more fresh, you can add chicken essence)

10. Mixed vegetable soup suitable for summer, so what are you waiting for?
