Pork Ribs Soup with Mixed Vegetables

Braised short ribs, asparagus, corn, white jade mushrooms, carrots, (and broccoli forgot to take a photo)

Wash the broccoli and break the florets, cut the carrot into pieces with a hob, and cut the corn into two-centimeter-thick sections.

Wash the asparagus, remove the old roots, and cut into sections for later use.

Blanch the small row of water, put it in a boiling pot, add two pieces of ginger, boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat (always keep the water surface slightly boiling)
