The vermicelli is so delicious no matter who you are with, especially the stewed pork ribs is called a beauty! When I was a child, I almost always had a pot during the New Year. Now my life is better, but I still have to have a good meal from time to time.

Pork Ribs Stewed Vermicelli

1. Rinse two catties of ribs with water

2. Boil the water in the pan, boil the pan, remove the blood foam and cook

3. Cook for 5 minutes and remove

4. Rinse and control water

5. Put a small amount of oil in the bottom of the pot into a spoonful of sugar

6. Stir-fry until caramel-colored bubbles

Tips:

Soak the vermicelli in advance and make it easy to cook. Blanching the ribs in advance will remove the fishy smell. Turn the vermicelli in the easy-to-dip pan frequently.
