Pork Ribs, Taro and Carrot Congee

The finished product, breakfast this morning.

The ribs were boiled once in boiling water and filtered again with clean water. I used one third.

Cut small taro into pieces and set aside.

Wash the rice, pour it into a rice cooker, add a proper amount of water, adjust the porridge and cook for an hour and a half.

Pour the porridge into a boiling pot, pour the ribs and cook for 30 minutes, then pour the carrots and taro, and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

Finally, add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste. The finished product tastes good.

Finished product. It can be heated in the microwave in the morning.
