I didn’t like to eat tempeh before. I always felt dark and bitter. Later, I ate my mother’s pork ribs in black bean sauce. I improved it myself when I went home. My husband said it was much better than the signature pork rib rice outside. The steamed fish is also delicious. "

Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce

1. A group photo of materials.

2. The ribs are washed away from the blood, rubbed with salt to remove the taint, and set aside.

3. Wash ginger, garlic, and tempeh, wash and mix together, and chop as much as possible.

4. This small spoon for seasoning.

5. Add oil, crushed black pepper, cornstarch, salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce, and cooking wine in turn.

6. Stir evenly, let the seasoning wrap each rib, marinate for 1-2 hours, a little longer and more delicious.

7. Put it in a rice cooker and steam it with rice.

8. When it's cooked, you can eat two bowls of rice with the juice alone. Let's try it.

Tips:

1. There is no standard for seasoning. If you like lighter, reduce the amount of seasoning.
2. Okay, you can add some green onions. I didn't take pictures if I didn't have time to eat in the morning.
