Spare ribs are a common dish on our table. They are steamed, boiled, braised in brown sauce, and have a lot of variety. Today’s pork ribs are the most enjoyable way to eat. They are so fragrant that they burst into the table, and they are quick to collect. They are really delicious:

Pork Ribs with Cumin Salt

1. Ribs are changed water repeatedly to remove blood

2. Put the ribs in the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, bay leaves, and star anise. Cinnamon, dried chili, green onion ginger, salt, pepper, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce

3. Choose 15 minutes (you can flexibly master the time according to the pot at home)

5. Add more oil to the pan, 60% of the oil is warm to fry the ribs

Tips:

The amount of seasoning I give is based on a catty of ribs. Actually, the ribs I made did not weigh a jin. Everyone adjusts flexibly according to the amount.
