Pork Rice with Sauce

Two cups of rice, five pieces of pork, one piece of choy sum.

Wash the rice. Washing the rice is a good thing. Save it for washing vegetables.

Tips:
Rice washing water is excellent, and it is great to use it to soak vegetables and fruits. If you want to eat the fragrant rice crisp, you can drizzle a little salad oil while cooking. Of course lard is better.
