I like to eat dumplings and wontons with stuffing. My husband wants to eat sauerkraut stuffing. There happened to be half a bag of sauerkraut from the last dumpling in the refrigerator. Pork Sauerkraut Wonton

8. Pour the weighed all-purpose flour and water into the Dongling bread machine, add 1 gram of salt, and start the kneading program of the bread machine to start kneading.

9. The reconciled dough is rounded by hand and let stand for half an hour.

10. Let the dough stand still, knead the dough evenly by exhausting air, and knead it into long strips.

11. After pressing the agent flat, use a rolling pin to roll it into a round thin dough.

12. Put the right amount of filling into the rolled dough.

13. First squeeze the surrounding edges tightly.

14. Just pinch the two ends together.

15. Wrap all the wontons one by one.

16. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, add the dumplings. After boiling over high heat, add a little water and repeat 3 times. When you see all the wontons floating on the water, you can turn off the fire.

17. Pour the stewed broth into the bowl, then add a little garlic sprouts and coriander.
