Pork Shepherd's Purse Pie

1. Add the flour and water to make a soft dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it go for an hour.

2. Shepherd's purse, minced meat, shrimp skin, and green onions are finely chopped and mixed together. Add salt, oyster sauce, and sugar and mix well to form a filling.

3. Divide the dough into small pieces.

4. Roll out into small dough pieces thick in the middle and thin around the edges.
