Pork Stew Noodles

Cut the pork belly into pieces.

Boil in cold water, wash and set aside.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water for ten minutes.

Chop the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, prepare the sana, star anise, grass fruit, cumin.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot, stir-fry the meat, add ginger, sana, star anise, grass fruit, and fennel in turn.

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and stir fry.
