Pork Stew Noodles
1.
Cut the meat into pieces and cut some fat for refining! Slice green onion, ginger and garlic for later use
2.
Sliced cabbage
3.
Start the pot to dry the pot, pour the fat into the pot, refine the oil, and pour a little soybean oil! Mine is a picture of oil that has been refined
4.
Heat the oil in the pot, add pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add half a shovel of yellow sauce to fry the sauce, add the lean meat, stir-fry for 5 minutes, prepare to pour the cabbage
5.
Pour the cabbage and stir fry, stir-fry the cabbage and pour into the water
6.
Add water, put the vermicelli, cover and simmer for 15...20 minutes and it will be out of the pot. Remember to taste the saltiness before out of the pot.
7.
Use a spatula to cut the noodles before they are out of the pot to see if they are cooked. I hope it will help the babies’ cooking skills.
Tips:
Stir-fry the cabbage until it is half cooked and pour the water. If the cabbage is not cooked and put in the water, the cabbage will have a raw vegetable taste, not delicious! The purpose of oil refining is to make the dishes more fragrant! Follow your favorite friends➕Collection
