1. Wash and cut pork belly.

Tips:

You must use low heat to fry the sugar color, don't fry it, just reddish brown. The vermicelli is very absorbent, so when stewing the meat, add more water in the pot at a time. After the vermicelli is cooked, the soup is not easy to collect and is too dry.
