Pork Stew Noodles

Prepare the raw materials, soak the dried vermicelli in advance to soften

Put in the water without all the ingredients, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer on medium heat until the soup is thick

Add the right amount of salt to the pot as appropriate
Tips:
One: Boil the noodles until they are mature and then pass cold water, so that the noodles boiled will taste better than the noodles stewed directly together;
2: The pork belly should be stir-fried for a while to get the oil out;
Three: Pickled sauerkraut should be cleaned and then used to taste better.
