Pork Stew Noodles

Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance until soft

Braised pork belly and sliced for later use

Put a little oil in the pot, add the pork belly, stir on low heat until the fat is slightly yellow

Take out the pork belly, add rock sugar, and stir-fry into a caramel color

Add the pork belly, stir fry and evenly color, add star anise, cinnamon, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and stir fry to create a fragrance

Pour in water to cover the pork belly, cover and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour

When there is 1/3 of the water left in the pot, add the soaked vermicelli, boil on medium-low heat until the vermicelli softens, add a little salt to taste

Served and ready to eat
Tips:
1. Remove the ginger slices, star anise and cinnamon before putting the vermicelli.
2. The vermicelli is very absorbent, so you can add more water when cooking.
