Pork Tenderloin Fried Cheese

1. First split the pork tenderloin into two slices, not completely; use the back of a knife to loosen the tenderloin, pat the tenderloin thinly, smear with white wine, salt and black pepper, squeeze the fresh lemon juice and marinate for a while.

2. Put a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on the beaten meat (both smaller than the meat; put a circle of water starch powder on the edge of the tenderloin, and then combine the two pieces of meat.

3. Put the processed meat pat powder, drag the egg liquid, and stick the bread crumbs.

4. Heat 60% of the oil and fry it in the pan until golden brown to remove the oil.

5. Change the knife to cut wide strips. Drizzle tomato sauce, with cherry radishes, French incense, and lemon on a plate.
