Pork Tenderloin with Tea Tree Mushroom and Parsley

Cut the tea tree mushroom and celery into inch pieces, and cut the tenderloin into shreds.

Add a little salt, egg white (no egg yolk), and starch to the shredded pork, and marinate for ten minutes.
