Pork Trotters Stewed Chickpeas

Soak the trotters in clean water for 4 hours first, and then wash them with warm water after changing the water twice in the middle

Soak the chickpeas for more than 8 hours after washing

Prepare ginger slices, rock sugar and star anise

Add ginger slices in cold water, pour into the trotters, blanch the water, remove and wash

Tips:
1. Soak the trotters in clean water for a longer time to remove the peculiar smell;
2. The chickpeas are soaked for a longer time and taste more cottony.
