Pork with Ci Mushroom

Cut pork belly

Wash and cut the Ci mushrooms

Put a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir fry for golden brown.

Add ginger, stir fry, add light soy sauce and a little salt

Add dark soy sauce, rock sugar, star anise, bay leaf and dried chili, stir-fry evenly

Add broth or water, cover and stew.

Bring to a boil, transfer to a pressure cooker and press for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and make it out of the pot, it is very sticky, and the pork belly is not greasy.
