Pork with Dried Plums and Vegetables

Wash the pork belly and add cooking wine, salt, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves to a pot under cold water.

After boiling, remove the light soy sauce, salt and white sugar to coat the surface and marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour oil in the pot and cook until 80% of the hot pork skin is down and put it into the frying pot to fry.

The dried plums are soaked in water, steamed in water and chopped and set aside for later use.

Put the meat slices on the bottom of the bowl.

Stir-fry the dried plums and put them in a steamer, cover your head, and steam for 1 hour.
7.
Just turn it out of the pot.
