Pork with Dried Vegetables and Plum

Wash the pork belly, boil the meat in a pot of water, add a small amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy

Wash and soak the dried plums in advance for use. Prepare a pot of dried plums under water. Bring the dried plums to a boil, then add some light soy sauce and continue to cook slowly.

Take out the boiled pork and prepare

Tips:
The dried plum has to be washed several times before, and there may be impurities such as sand that need to be washed away. The entire process of cooking dried plum is a long and time-consuming project.
