A photo of some materials, plus cooking wine and rock sugar.
2.
Put the fresh pork belly in a pot and boil with water to remove the dirty water, remove it, and cut into pieces for later use; soak the dried plums in cold water, wash, and cut off for later use.
3.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, put the meat in the oil pan and stir-fry on high heat.
4.
Stir the meat until golden on both sides.
5.
After the meat is cooked, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, and 5 pieces of rock sugar.
6.
After adding the condiments, spread the dried plum and vegetable meat.
7.
Add water to the pot, submerge it to the dish, then turn to a low heat and simmer slowly.
8.
When the water in the pot is almost received (only the bottom of the pot is flat), turn off the heat and take it out.
Tips:
When raw meat is bought, you need to boil the dirty water (white foam) in hot water before you can eat it with confidence.
