Pork with Dried Vegetables and Plum
1.
Soak the dried prunes in water for 1 hour, soak for 1 hour, drain and set aside; cut the pork belly, clean, drain and set aside
2.
Pour in the prepared pork belly with cold oil in a hot pan, stir-fry evenly, pour in some cooking wine
3.
Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes to evaporate the water; pour the dried plums into the pan and fry evenly; add the water just covering the dried plums and cook on medium heat
4.
When cooking, add organic soy sauce, salt, sugar and rock sugar all at once, and stir-fry evenly
5.
Cover the pot and cook, collect the juice, and then out of the pot
Tips:
1. Because dried plums are more capable of absorbing oil, pour a little more oil into the pot to make it easier to taste.
2. If you don't have organic soy sauce at home, you can use light soy sauce and dark soy sauce instead. If you like darker-colored soy sauce, use dark soy sauce.
3. I use more fatty pork belly, if you don’t like fatty meat, you can choose less fatty meat, but it’s better to have a little fatty meat, so that the taste of dried plums will be better.
