Pork with Mei Cai Clay

The Mei Cai is soaked in water in advance.

Wash the Mei Cai and cut into sections.

Slice the pork appropriately (a little fat is good).

Put a layer of pork on the bottom of the casserole.

Then add all the Mei Cai, and put the remaining pork on top.

Add water in an eight-part pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Tips:
