High-speed Way, Braised Rice with Dried Plums and Sausages

Preparation tools and ingredients: stew pot, rice, dried plums, sausages, edamame;

Wash the rice and soak in warm water for 30 minutes;
3.
Heat the pan and fry the sausages over a low fire; PS does not need to pour oil to let the sausage grease out;
4.
Soak the dried plums until soft, drain the water, and sauté; finally put the edamame and sauté;
5.
Remove the soaked rice, drain the water, add oil, soy sauce, and salt to stir fry a few times;
6.
Add appropriate amount of water and boil; PS: The amount of water for cooking rice is slightly less than that of ordinary rice cookers;
7.
Put the boiled rice water into the braising pot, then saute the sausages, dried plums, and edamame; mix well; cover and simmer for 1 hour; open the lid, and the simmered rice will be hot and fragrant.
Tips:
1. The amount of water in the rice varies according to different rice, in short, it is less than the amount of rice cooker;
2. If you want to simmer the rice faster, you can boil the rice water for 1 minute;
3. Edamame can be replaced with other vegetables, but not leafy vegetables that are prone to yellow
