Pot Meatballs

1. Prepare the ingredients: choose pork with a little fat and chop into minced meat, a handful of green cabbage heart (any kind of cabbage heart can be), two mushrooms, and garlic.

2. Put shiitake mushrooms, minced garlic, salt, soy sauce, sweet potato powder, pepper, chicken essence, and sesame oil in the minced meat and stir well.

3. Make small balls and steam them in a pot, about 15 minutes.

4. Steamed and cooked out of the pot, also called boiled meatballs.

5. Boil a pot of water, add green vegetables, add some oil and salt.

6. Pick up the greens after they are blanched, put them on a plate, and put boiled meatballs on the surface.
