Potato and Carrot Braised Rice

Carrots and potatoes are peeled and washed. Choose a larger potato, which is more than carrots.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces about 1 cm square

The rice is washed, I used the rice cooker's measuring cup for two cups of rice

Tips:
Don’t use dark soy sauce for soy sauce. You can use light soy sauce or general seafood soy sauce. Oyster sauce is fresh. Soy sauce and oyster sauce contain salt. We cook rice, so we don’t need to add more salt.
Don't omit the sesame oil. The brilliance and mellowness of the rice are completed by the sesame oil.
Add half a bowl of water for cooking rice more than normal cooking.
