Potato and Carrot Cake

Wash potatoes, peel and shred

Shred the carrots
3.
Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and chicken powder to shredded potatoes and carrots

Add chopped green onion and mix well
5.
Arrange the mixed potato shreds and carrot shreds into small round cakes with a little thickness
6.
Preheat the pot, pour a tablespoon of olive oil, and put in the arranged carrot and potato cakes.

Fry until both sides turn brown
8.
You can taste it right out of the pot~
Tips:
Do not wash the potatoes after they are shredded, just stir in the seasoning and mix well
