Potato and Carrot Pancakes

Peel potatoes, carrots, and onions.

Shred potatoes, carrots, and chopped onions into a large pot.
3.
Add eggs, corn flour, salt and pepper.
4.
Mix well.
5.
Heat the butter in the pan, add the right amount of potatoes and carrots.
6.
Fry on medium heat until the cakes are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
