Potato and Carrot Soup

Peel the potatoes, wash, and shred.

Wash and shred carrots.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped green onions.

Put the potato shreds.

Stir-fry until the potato shreds change color and become translucent, about 5 minutes ripe.

Add shredded radish.
7.
Stir fry until shredded radish becomes soft.
8.
Add 1 large bowl of water.
9.
Add chicken powder.
10.
Boil until potatoes and carrots are cooked and soft, season with salt.
11.
Sprinkle the coriander and leave the pan.
