Potato and Corn Soup

Ingredients: potatoes, onions, fruit corn, butter, salt, black pepper.

Peel potatoes and diced onion for later use.

Put butter in the pot to melt.

Heat the butter, add onions and diced potatoes and sauté until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water, boil and cook until the potatoes are soft and rotten.

Pour the boiled potatoes and onions together with the soup into the food processor, add the corn kernels and stir for 1 minute.
7.
Make a paste.
8.
Boil in the pot again.
9.
Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste.
Tips:
If you want to reduce your calorie intake as much as possible, you can use olive oil instead of the butter used to saute the onions, but the milky flavor of butter will be missing.
