Potato and Egg Sandwich

1. Prepare materials. The eggs are cooked and peeled. The potatoes are steamed.

2. Finely chop the eggs. The potatoes are pressed into a puree.

3. Add warm mashed potatoes, crushed black pepper, and a pinch of salt to the egg nibs and mix well.

4. Add the salad dressing while it is warm and stir well.

5. Cut off the edges of the toast and cut into triangles.
