Potato and Ham Soup

Prepare ingredients: ham sausage, potatoes, thick soup

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into thin slices, diced ham

Sprinkle some water on the surface of the potatoes and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes

Take out and press into mashed potatoes with a mud press

Pour a bowl of water into the pot and boil it

Pour half a box of Carre Brand Soup Po

Add a little oil, pour in mashed potatoes and boil over high heat

Pour in the ham sausage, add a little salt

Mix corn starch with a little water and mix thoroughly. Stir it into a paste while pouring, scoop it up and eat.
Tips:
After the potatoes are steamed, put them in a blender or rolling pin to make mashed potatoes. There are many ways to show their magical powers. The thick soup has a salty taste. Try the taste before adding salt. Don’t add too much salt at once. I used half a box of Bisque Soup, so I added a little salt, and the saltiness was just right. Finally, add a little water starch to make the soup thicker and smoother.
