Potato Bacon Pizza

Mix the yeast with appropriate amount of warm water and stir well; add salt and sugar to the flour, pour in the yeast water, stir into floc with chopsticks, and add a little olive oil;

Knead it into a small smooth dough with your hands, cover it with a wet towel and leave it to ferment in a warm place;

Ferment it to twice its size, then knead it into a ball for later use;

The filling is very simple;

Peel potatoes and slice into thin slices; cut bacon into small slices; diced green onions;

The bacon is slightly stir-fried out of oil;

Brush the pizza pan with a thin layer of oil, spread the dough on the pan by hand, and poke some holes with a fork;

Spread a layer of shredded cheese;
9.
Place a layer of potato slices;
10.
Put on the bacon slices and grind in some crushed black pepper;
11.
Sprinkle diced green onions and add a little shredded cheese;
12.
Preheat the oven up and down to 200 degrees, and bake the pizza in the middle and lower layers for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. I use one for each of 8 inches and 6 inches;
2. Only cheese is used for this effect;
3. Add a little more yeast, and thin the crust.
