Potato Beef Curry Rice

Ingredients needed: potatoes, shallots, carrots, chives.

Cut the sauced beef into cubes, slice the sausage, cut the chives into small pieces, and prepare the curry cubes.

Cut potatoes, carrots, and shallots into pieces. Wash the starch inside the potatoes with cold water. Put the chopped ingredients in a frying pan and fry them with oil. Remove them for use.

Put a small amount of oil in a frying pan, fry the chives first, and then stir-fry the sausage slices until they are broken.

Add water and add all the ingredients and cook for a while (2 to 3 minutes is fine).

Just add two curry cubes before they are out of the pan and stir fry quickly. Turn off the heat when there is a little soup.

Put a bowl of rice on the plate, sprinkle the cooked beef curry with soup around the rice, mix and eat.
Tips:
The original soup without stew can be boiled with cooking wine, sugar, and salt.
