Potato Braised Chicken

Wash the chicken and potatoes you bought, cut them into pieces, and set aside!

Heat the oil pan, pour the white sugar into the wok and cook until golden brown!

After the white sugar is boiled to golden brown, pour the chicken into the wok and stir-fry for a while, then pour the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine together and stir-fry again!
