Potato Cake

Prepare the ingredients and wash the potatoes and peppers.

Rub the potatoes into filaments, add water, wash them briefly, and set aside; cut the peppers into small dices.

In the potato shreds, add the chopped chili peppers, salt, and chicken powder. Stir evenly, add the flour and continue to stir.

Heat the pan, pour in cold oil, when it is 70% hot, pour in the batter and spread it out.

Fry until the batter is set, turn it over.

After frying until golden brown, sprinkle a small amount of cumin powder and re-fry on the other side.
7.
Take out and serve while hot.
