Potato Cake

Potatoes peeled and steamed

Add appropriate amount of starch and salt, mash it into mashed potatoes
3.
Knead into potato dough
4.
Roll into potato noodles, choose a cookie cutter and cut into small pieces, sprinkle with dry flour
5.
Put it in a frying pan and fry slowly over medium and low heat
6.
Frying is complete

Served with tomato sauce, as a dip
