I originally wanted to make croquette, but found that there was no bread crumbs at home. Okay, since the potatoes are already steamed, it's better to put some bacon and make a black pepper potato pie.

Potato Cake with Black Pepper

1. Peel the potatoes.

2. Cut into thick pieces.

3. Put it on the steamer and steam it.

4. Chop bacon.

5. Wash and chop garlic sprouts.

6. The steamed potatoes are crushed with a spoon.

7. Add bacon, garlic sprouts, and flour.

8. Add crushed black pepper and salt.

9. And into dough.

10. The meat becomes a slightly larger circle than a ping pong ball.

11. Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the non-stick pan.

12. Flatten the balls that have been kneaded before, put them in oil, and fry them over medium-to-low heat.

13. Fry until golden on both sides.

14. Soak up the oil with absorbent paper and start eating.

Tips:

Regarding the amount of flour.
Put the flour according to the potatoes to form a soft dough. If you put too much flour, it will be too hard and affect the taste. Too little flour affects molding.
