Shred potatoes and set aside

Shred pork and set aside

After the water is boiled, add the potato shreds and blanch water

Stir-fry pork with oil in a hot pan, add soy sauce after sautéing

Add some salt and stir fry

Then add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry
Tips:
1. Blanch potatoes, don't blanch them too well
2. Saute the pork, add the soy sauce and stir fry, then add the potato shreds and stir fry a few times.
