Potato Ham Fried Rice

1. The potatoes are peeled and cut into small dices, and the ham sausage is cut into small dices.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add diced potatoes and stir fry.

3. Add the diced potatoes, ham and soy sauce, and continue to stir fry.

4. Add the rice and stir-fry continuously.

5. Stir-fry until the rice grains are distinct and slightly burnt, add salt and mix well

6. Finally, add the crushed garlic sprouts, mix well and turn off the heat.
