Potato Ham Salad

Prepare the ingredients, wash potatoes and cucumbers for later use

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and cook on high heat for more than 15 minutes; it can also be steamed for about 15 minutes. Potatoes can be easily inserted with chopsticks and they are cooked through.

Set the cooked potatoes to cool and set aside.

The ham sausage is cut into fine pieces, and the amount of 1 ham sausage is used here. You can also increase it according to personal preference.

Cut green cucumbers into fine pieces; add a little salt to pickle for a while.

Peel the cold potatoes and mash them with a spoon. Add the right amount of salt and pepper, and mix well.

Cut the ham and green cucumbers, pour in and stir evenly.

Add the salad dressing that you like and mix well.

Put it on a plate and it's ready to eat. You can also put it in the refrigerator for a while, the taste is good!
Tips:
You can also add onions, or egg whites, for a richer taste!
