Potato Legend-fried Potato Shreds

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into thin filaments; chop the green onions into the end.

Put potato shreds into a large plate, beat two eggs, add appropriate amount of cornstarch, appropriate amount of seasoning salt and a little MSG, then add chopped green onions, and mix well.

Put rapeseed oil in the pot to heat, add part of the potato shreds, stir slowly with a colander to prevent adhesion. When the potato shreds are golden brown and the fragrance overflows, use a colander to remove and drain.

Put the fried potato shreds on a plate, dip it in tomato sauce and serve.
