Potato Legend-potato Tower

Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and a little salt to the bowl, then pour in an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and set aside.

Tips:
1. Potatoes can be cut into slices and then skewered with bamboo skewers.
2. Potatoes can be deep-fried, placed in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees, about 15 minutes.
