Potato Omelette

Two eggs and three potatoes are reserved. Peel the potatoes in advance.

I cut the potatoes into shreds. I made them with tools.

Beat in two eggs,

Add glutinous rice flour. Stir well with chopsticks, so that each potato shreds is glued to the egg mixture.

Add salt, chicken powder, pepper, salt and pepper powder.

Stir well.

Brush the electric baking pan, pour a little more oil, put the potato shreds in the electric baking pan, and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Cover, turn on the power, and slowly turn it over until golden brown.

The other side can be baked to golden color.

Tips:
1. There is no glutinous rice flour, you can use flour or sticky rice flour instead, I put very little flour.
2. Add or subtract seasonings according to personal preference.
3. You can use a frying pan or a wok without an electric baking pan. It does not have to be round, you can also burn it in a small amount. This is easier to operate.
