Potato Pancake Baked Cheese Prawns

Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker

Peel the potatoes after they are cooked and set aside

The potatoes are pressed into a delicate mashed potato

When the potatoes are boiled, start processing the prawns and remove the heads

Then cut the shrimp thread from the back, remember not to cut off the abdomen

Put mashed garlic, pepper and salt in a bowl
