Potato Pie with Apple Puree

The potatoes and onions are finely shredded with a kitchen machine. Add a little salt to squeeze the water out of the potatoes

Add eggs, a little flour, black pepper, nutmeg, salt and stir evenly

Put oil in the pan, add a little bit of mixed potato shreds, press into a pancake with a spatula, and fry until golden brown.

The fried potato pancakes are served with mashed apples. If you don’t like sweet, you can just eat it
