Potato Puree

Prepare the required materials

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, wash onions, wash and cut into pieces

Preheat the pan and put the butter

When the oil is hot, pour in the potatoes and stir fry

Add the onion and continue to fry until the onion is soft

Add appropriate amount of water to cover the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are cooked through

Then puree the cooked potatoes with a food processor, and then pour them back into the pot

Add whipped cream and boil
9.
Add black pepper. (It's best to use black pepper powder. I don’t have any at home, but I add ground pepper.)

Add salt to taste
Tips:
Potato peels should not be thick, the thinner the better, because potato peels contain richer nutrients. After the potatoes are peeled, if they are not used for a while, they can be put in cold water, and then a few drops of vinegar can be added to the water to make the potatoes white.
