Potato Ribs with Tea Tree Mushrooms in Clay Pot

Wash the ribs and put them in cold water, put the ginger slices, boil, put the cooking wine to remove the smell, remove and wash

Tips:
The ribs themselves are greasy, so I didn’t put any oil on it.
