Potato Roast Chicken
1.
Use hot water (not boiled water) to soak the chicken in the bleeding water and wash it for later use.

Potatoes cut into small pieces with a hob

Spice spare

I didn't use so many peppers

Burning oil

Stir fry with chicken

Add the spices and continue to fry
8.
Add potatoes and continue to fry
9.
Season with chili, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar
10.
Add water to submerge the chicken and potatoes, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat (don't add too much)
11.
Drain the soup, use less chicken essence (or not add it), start the pot and put it on the plate
Tips:
It’s too dark if you come with a few old smokers.
